Expecting Number 3!
Well, I figure this is as good o’ time as any to update the blog. As you can see from the title, we are expecting our third child- due February 2nd. (Yes, it’s only one this time!) Five years ago, I didn’t think we would have waited this long to have another, but between life, jobs, children, and living in the Bay area, I think it’s worked out for the best.
The girls start full-day Kindergarten this year/next month! And I can imagine it will be a nice transition to be able to have time alone at the end of my pregnancy and time alone with a newborn. I do feel a little like I’m starting all over, but having only one this time, and having the girls in school will help.
I promise to post pregnancy pictures periodically. I realized that I just didn’t take all that many with the girls. As soon as my belly starts to look like I’m pregnant (and not just a little overweight) I’ll share pictures.
On another note, for those of you who haven’t heard (which I’m afraid is many) we moved to Campbell. It’s about 10-15 miles south of where we were before. We had been looking for quite some time, knowing that eventually we would need a little more space. It’s still a 2 bedroom, but it’s a duplex. So, we’ve gained a backyard and a garage. (Totally worth it!) I have every intention of hanging out with all my great friends I’ve made over the last 3 years in Sunnyvale, but I’m hoping to quickly get to know people here as well. We went to church for the first time this Sunday, which definitely helped. We’ll see where life takes us a year from now.
Our emails and cell phones are the same. Our blog isn’t private, so I’m going to refrain from listing our new address and home phone. We’ll try to send out that info before Christmas card time comes. But, if you’d like our info before then email one of us:

Congratulations!!! We are so excited for you! I’ve been thinking about you lately, and wondering how you are. I’m glad to read that you are doing well! You were a great friend to me, and I’m sorry that I haven’t been the best at keeping in touch! Life gets crazy. The girls are beautiful, of course… I still have a picture on my fridge of your family, but they’re so little! They grow fast. Kayla starts kindergarten this year also. I’m really excited for your new addition!

Congratulations! On the baby and the new place. We lived in Campbell when we first got married and loved the ward (assuming you’re in the Campbell Ward). It will be really weird to go back to the Sunnyvale Ward without you! I hope pregnancy is treating you well. We’ll definitely have to keep in touch.
